Office Manager

Hello, my name is Cheryl! It is my pleasure to introduce myself as the office manager at Higley Park Dental Care. Since entering the dental field over 17 years ago, I have not felt more excited and proud to represent a dental office as I now do. It is an honor to lead a team that is so dedicated and passionate towards each and every patient, as well as each other. We work together to achieve a professional, comfortable, and fun environment “where dentistry is a walk in the park”!

Along with my husband and two children, the dry heat of Arizona encouraged us to stay and establish roots here in Gilbert. The children have since grown to be responsible young adults, but family time spent together remains a top priority. While making memories with family and friends, we enjoy biking, fine dining, visiting artisan markets, musical performances and an occasional show. Other passions of mine are cooking, shopping, and decorating.

I look forward to meeting you and making you feel welcome for years to come. I understand that each of us strives for a beautiful, healthy smile to be the finishing touch to our best self. I believe Dr.Eckman and Dr.Bailey offer their best selves daily to each patient through compassion and honesty. 

Kaiulani

Insurance Coordinator

For over 30 years Kaiulani has worked in the dental field, she is the one we depend on to keep our patients’ dental insurance details in order. Since Kaiulani has joined our team, patient treatment plans based on insurance fees have been more accurate and expected insurance payments more consistent. As many of us have a good understanding of the many different dental insurance plans, it is Kaiulani that shares her in depth knowledge and can answer the difficult questions that arise.  

Although Kaiulani’s family heritage is not Hawaiian, she was born in Honolulu. This explains how this “Air Force Brat” got her unique name. After growing up in southern California, she moved to Arizona of which her parents where natives. Kaiulani, and her husband of many years, have 2 daughters and 6 grandchildren. Spending time creating memories while camping with family and friends as often as possible is important to Kauilani. Her vacation hours are always reserved specifically to be sure time is spent with the family R.V. at the two Nascar races here in Phoenix.
